A vision of eclectic modernity & an aesthetic vibe inspired this brand new small event space, The Water Gallery. It was created by Excelsior’s owners, Kelly & John Dantinne, to further enhance Excelsior’s brand & guests’ experience by offering private cocktail & dinner parties in a brand new warm & inviting space downtown. Beautiful swirled epoxy floors & a 10-foot-high cascading water wall in the outdoor courtyard patio space inspire the name, The Water Gallery. Bistro inspired seating, as well as an eclectic hollywood-deco styled powder room with a glamorous color palette of black, white, emerald green & gold, make for a breathtaking social destination.
The Water Gallery has a minimum requirement of 25 adult guests, with a seated maximum of 60 adult guests. Featuring exclusive catering by Excelsior’s in-house catering company - Signature Catering on King.
Centrally located at 113 North Water street, The Water Gallery is a walkable 2 blocks from the Lancaster Square Marriott, as well as a short 2 minute drive & 10 minute walk from Excelsior. The Water Street Garage (jus tone block north) or the Prince Street Garage ( just 1 block east) offers convenient garage parking near the venue.
Our all-inclusive packages include the following:
3 hours rental of The Water Gallery (beautiful combo indoor/outdoor space) for dining or cocktail parties
Menu choices provided options upon request for passed appetizers and/or dinner grazing stations
Staffing fees for RAMP certified bartender(s), kitchen & wait staff
Water, Sodas, & Ice. The Water Gallery is BYOB.
Round & rectangular tables, aesthetic bistro chairs, white tablecloths & paper dinner napkins
Trendy glassware, white china, flatware, bud vases with faux wildflowers, LED table lamps & votives
Station display décor & buffet serveware
Audio WIFI with Pandora or Spotify Music (unfortunately no live bands, musicians or DJs are permitted)
